Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their products or services and request a refund or replacement from us. Our Policy for the cancellation, refund and replacement will be as follows:

 Cancellation Policy

Product order cancellation:

Cancellation request for a product must be placed within 24 hours of ordering the product. Requests received later than 24 hours post order placement will not be considered as cancelled as the product would have been dispatched to your address by then.

Service order cancellation:

Cancellation request for services within 24 hours will be considered. Requests received later than 24 hours post service order placement will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

Returns: – Customer needs to raise the return request on within 2 days from the date of delivery. He/she also needs to share the product images with valid reason mentioned in the email.

Refunds: – Once the request is successfully processed cost of the product will be refunded back to your given account details within 12 working Days.

Customer needs to mention invoice number, order number or any related details in the email.

Please fill up our refund form and submit the same to initiate the refund process. A valid reason with supporting must be highlighted through the refund form.

In Case Of Items should be unused and packed in original packing with price labels and tags attached to it.

Replacement Policy:

Any product return and replacement request need to be placed within 5 calendar days from the date our customer receives the product. The request must be submitted through the refund request form. Any requests beyond 5 calendar days will not be considered.  A valid reason with supporting must be highlighted through the refund form.
